The paintings in the presbytery mark the final phase of the fresco cycle of Santa María del Alba, begun in 2005 and covering 1,014 square meters. The pictorial ensemble integrates into the proportions of the Baroque architecture of the church, seeking harmony between architecture and painting.

In this final phase, the light of dawn is interpreted, marking the beginning of the day and revealing the landscape of Urgell, with the Pyrenees as a backdrop, nature, and the city of Tàrrega.
